What was your first cycle? Did you get bloodwork done?

What are your goals,myou are lean but you are rally light for one cycle in already (165lbs at 6ft), can we see your legs?

No i have not got the bloodwork done
and PCT is

Nolvadex Clomid
40mg/ed 100/ed
40mg/ed 100/ed
20mg/ed 50/ed
20mg/ed 50/ed

First cycle was Dbol for 6 weeks 30-50mg with arimidex

U should always use hcg brother. It helps so much with recovery. I tried a cycle with out it to see what the impact was and man what a HUGE difference in recovery was. The only reason I didnt use it was because I wanted to see first hand how helpful it is and wow what a huge help hcg is. Plus its not a big deal two pins a
week at 250ui right to the tummy.

Test p is a short ester so u don't have to wait two weeks to start ur pct u only have to wait 3 days after ur last pin.

Also start ur adex at .25 EOD at first and see how u do. If u feel like ur getting bloated or u feel like some gyno is coming on up it to .50
