Buldge in lower back?

I'm about a month into my cycle of test prop and tren ace 100mg of each EOD, I recently within the past week noticed a bulge in my lower back it almost looks like fat but is stiff, plus it came out of no where my lower back used to look normal lol.. I'm only 12%bf, I've been injecting glutes alternating between left and right and after I do it's like I feel the juice go up my back in a way and I have soreness right where the budge is. I have no idea what this could be only guess at all would be a bulging disc. It is definitely not fat and that much fat wouldn't come within one week, I do cardio and plus while this happened I was out in the field training in 110 degrees sweating my ass off. (Was still able to inject and everything was clean and sterile.) just looking for any ideas on what this could be, thanks

dont think your 12% but hard to tell from a back shot.

a bulging disc would come with an ache and maybe pain shooting down through your buttock so go to the doctor if your worried

Lean forward, stretch it out and take a picture. Are you taking an AI?
What are your stats?
Your profile says 5'9 170lbs?
What's your cycle experience?

Forge the bulging disc theory, as it couldn't be further off for too many reasons to go into. Pull up a pic of a bulging disc for reference.

You said this fatty back bulge was sudden, i.e., not there one day and there the next? Do you have any pre-bulge pics for comparison?

Could be anything.

Go see a Doc.

I got surgery upcoming on two spine points with pinched nerve clusters with one being backed up by a lightly budging disc. There is no telling. Seen things that look like bug bites in the field that turned septic and was nasty in a week. You got free medical...use it.

The bulge I was talking about was where you can see the crease in my skin that looks like fat. It showed up in 2 days less noticeably the first day but I could feel it then the next day it was big and looks like a flap of fat... anyways posted for update is has went away I have no idea what caused it or what it was but its gone. BTW I am 12% Bf...just got taped last week for the army, even though thats not a very accurate measurement, it would add to your BF rather than take away sense I dont have a big neck.
