gyno help - experience?

okay i have been battling this gyno for years i would say and maybe it is too late now. i have tried ralox at 60mg for 4 months i would say and it absolutely did nothing. I lost 15-20lbs and thought removing body fat would help cause fat deposits, but it just made it looks worse and appear more on my chest.

so what really works? I dont want to do surgery and prob never will. Its at least a quarter size big lump, ive done letro at 2.5mg in past, but that shut me down so bad and had no sex drive or erection. should i try nolvadex? I thought really you just run that on cycle at 10mg daily?

What treatment works!? experience? I thought ralox was the best

I know ralox you use up to 9 months, but people had results after 8 weeks. I thought it did nothing.

There isn't anything that just "works". Not even surgery can guarantee it doesn't reoccur, but it will rid you of what you have now. Ralox is the best option available today. That doesn't mean it will work for everyone. Try Nolvadex if you'd like. 20mg daily until you see changes. After that, surgery.

TO REVERSE GYNECOMASTIA WITH SERMS:

Raloxifene: 60mg daily. You should see improvement in approx. 4 to 6 weeks. If not increase by 20 mg for every 3 weeks, never to exceed 100mg daily.

Tamoxifen: 40mg daily for once week. Then 20mg daily until gynecomastia is reversed.

Should I start at 40mg 1st week of nolv? How long should I try this method before I don't see any results or give up?

I can't believe ralox did nothing or make lump smaller if it's a superior product

What are the sides with nolv? I remember taking that during cycle at 10mg.

Only real issue with Nolvadex is it reduces igf1 levels upto around 25%...but it's ok on liver so I mean gyno is bitch so I would give it a go myself...if your pretty bad maybe 40mg for week 1 then down to 20 there after is what I would do

So, my question to all of this would be: If he said he's had it for years, can it be "reversed" at this point? From what I've read, the longer you have gyno the harder it is to "reverse" or make go away. If he's had it for as long as he says, at this point wouldn't taking any of these just be a waste of money? I'm curious of this as well, that's why I'm chiming in. Again, this is just "he say, she say", that's why I want some clarification because at this point then he would need surgery to remove it (even though it could always come back).

no it's not the only reason I'm here I was a user when I could go to doc and get a script and get it filled This is a subject that's important to me I worked in the medical field and do have a lot to ad to the site and will chime in when I can add something I'm in my early 50's not a new be to this but was young and stupid in my early 20's with

Well its short term,so yes in theory your gains won't be as good but it'd treating ur big issue at the moment which is your gyno.gains come and go,gyno needs fixing

I dont care about my gains honestly. I am not even looking to gain muscle. I am still on a cutter.

I took nolva 20mg for 3 months and seen some results, but I´ve seen better results when I dropped to 8% bodyfat

I had gyno for about 30 years, and I tried tamox. It didn't do anything for me. I ended up getting the surgery.

I agree........this is exactly what I do on a heavy cycle and run a PA if running tren or npp or both.

I lost more weight trying to cut and now it shows more because my chest is more defined. I feel like no medicine is going to remove this big gland and my hope is only surgery. If the last option was surgery, could i only get 1 side done? I dont have gyno on other side.

I'd say nolvadex off cycle wouldn't do anything negative - I think

You have nothing to loose but remember that nov is very slow acting and if your ralox was legit then I'm not really sure you are going to get better results with nov. Have you tried aldactin (think that's how you spell it) cream? A lot of guys rave about it. You may want to consider using the cream along with nov for a stretch and see if the lump gets smaller.

Knock on fvcking wood

The Nolva over months of use worked magic for me.

Mine got to a point where it looked like I had a quarter sized knot right under the nipple. Along with pain and irritation.

Maybe Ralox would have done the same over a similar time frame. But, over about a 2 month use it did near nothing.

GL man, seems to a point of trial & error. What works for some, does near nothing for others.

I am 1 month in on nolv at 20mg ED and I dont see it doing anything. Is this gyno lump like there for good? I dont see how possibly medicine can remove it if I have had it for awhile now. It sucks so bad.

Surgery is so expensive. I hate this gyno lump you can see it through shirt or from the side in a gym shirt. So far nolv and ralox not working.
