week off while on cycle?
So i have been dealing with impigmantation/ bursitis on my left shoulder, for 2 years , did therapy twice and rest witch seem to only calm the shoulder, well i have been back ta lifting for a while, also jumped on a test deca cycle, 14 , 12 weeks. Anyways my bad shoulder (left has been feeling 90% better, im nt going heavy , more of alot of concentrated rep workouts. Gained about 20lbs so far. Im on week 9 of 14. Anyways pst 3 days my fking good shoulder started to feel little bit of pain and sorenes, cracking. Very anoied and pissed being thats my good shoulder that i have never felt any pain at all on. Its kinda if different pain then the bad shoulder, so i thought of taking maybe week off to calm my upper body down, because maybe the pain has todo with to much stress and maye over training because i work out 6 days a week, and usualy for about 1:30hrs. Do a lot of exercises especialy for back and arms.
Soo anyways is it bad ideia to take week off while on week 9 of cycle. Will it hinder my gains a little?

Try going lighter for a few days and see how you take it. I would quit pressing exercises for thag week. Maybe stick with the lighter weights for 2 weeks, and incorporate lite pressing exercises at the begining of weeks 2. I have the same problem as you, and this is what I do when it flares up. I also start every other work out with my physical therapy exercises. I keep bands and everything I need in my gym bag, in case I need to do them. You have been going heavy for a while so it wouldn't hurt to deload forna couple weeks.
I found out about a vetrinary prescription drug called psgag ( polysulfated glycosaminoglycan ) from reading the profiles here. Look into it there is a generic version available without a prescription. It is the exact same drug, but to get around Adequan's patent they say its to be used for a different reason. Its called Ichon, and its available without a script if you look around. I looked into it further than just the profile, and it appears to be a miracle drug for anybody suffering from joint or soft tissue discomfort. In the few cases of human use they claim their problems have been completely fixed. Its just a simple IM injection twice a week for 2 months. Price is around what you would pay for a bottle of prop.
My shoulder has flared up again, and might possibly be torn now. I find out next week if I need surgery or let it heal. I will definitely be picking up some of the ichon, I would go with Adequan, but all the places require a script.

Pull back on your lifting - idk what that would be like in your training but when I pullback I basically pre-exhaust my BP go to failure but nothing beyond failure
Flys into presses - keeps weight down a lot lol
In and out of gym in 30-35 min w/weights - not counting RC ex's stretching etc
So duration and frequency drop but use this time rest and recover from the brutal beating your putting on your body on cycle and when lifting heavy...
If your having pain stop - (we're very similar w/shoulder probs I also hurt ed so pushing thru it - may not be the answer - mine did get stronger but incorporate machine work also

Listen to your body and the advice above. I know its tough taking time off especially on cycle, but the results from making your injury worse will be far worse than losing a week or two of your cycle. If your going to keep lifting, listen to the pain and modify your exercises as needed to avoid what hurts. And definitely keep the number of sets down because shoulder injuries especially get far worse with repetitive use. Stay healthy and good luck.
