Oppinion on this cycle !!!!!!!
So I am starting a new cycle and I have this in mind;
Tren suspension EOD 50mg
Test Cyp 200mg e3day
Deca 250mg wk
Humatrope 24mg 1.8 units per day (5-2)
Any ideas or recommendations, I want to get strength, some mass and maybe trim some.
Don't have the macros but my food is as follows
0500. Breakfast ED is 1 whole egg and 2 whites with an English muffin. 1/2 cup of oats with vanilla extract .
0530. Protein shake prior to workout
0600-0730 workout
0800. Post workout shake
1030. 6oz of Chicken, salmon, tuna or white fish baked with 1/2 cup of brown rice or fresh green salad mix with red wine vinaigrette
1330. 1/2 cup of cranberry or dryer pomegranate and almond mix
1600. 6oz of chicken,salmon,tuna or white fish with vegetables and 1/2 muffin
1900. 1/2 cups cottage cheese and pineapple or some fresh fruit
Any ideas?

I use and have arimidex .5 EOD and I will continue on test Cyp as it is part of a hrt at 200mg per wk

Why 2 19nor? Why tren suspension?
What are your goals? Your not eating alot of food. In fact your eating bugger all before your workout and your first decent meal is 5.5hours after you wake up.

Deca helps to keep my joints feeling ok so that I can workout....
I am 43 5'7" and 205 lbs and tested at 18.7bf done with tape and floating tank
My goal is to loose some added BF, at one point I got as low as 11% and my weight was 216lbs. Second I would like to grow some , but minimal and of course I want strength.

Any time I attempt to eat more before a workout I have gotten sick.....
I do drink a protein shake 30-45 min before workout and 10-15 min before I drink a carb drink

In my amateur opinion Shakes are only good if your consuming bulk amounts of calories and you need to get more in.
Your last decent food is at 1600 then nothing till 1030 the next day. Thats not good mate.

You definitely need to eat more. Diet is everything on cycle and after. What you listed can't be more than like 100-120 grams of protein a day. You need to have at least 3 main well balanced meals with 3-4 mini meals/shakes in between. Also drink shakes after your workout when you body is craving for every nutrient it can get. Drinking before is basically a waste just burning it off. Also if you eat enough good meals with whole foods and high protein and carbs you eliminate the need for shakes unless there are days u can't fit in a meal. Go to the nutrition board or Google a good diet plan because your current is not sufficient
