Yeah its ideal to stay away from sex/ mastrubation on cycle. If you do, you're losing all of the testosterone that you're putting in when you ejaculate. That's why there's a saying "If it rains then there's no gains" or "If you snow then you won't grow"

That's old school advice.I remember when i was a boxer,and the trainer always used to say not to have sex 2-3 days before the match,but i never listened.
While ejaculating you don't lose test,you lose zinc,so nothing serious to impact gains.

I was just trolling this dude because of his unusual question. I have sex and jerk off all the time. As a matter a fact I think it should be mandatory to have a gf while you're on cycle.

I thought ejaculating may cause hinderance in gaining. As it not only has zinc but also contains proteolytic enzymes ,and other essential lipds. However reading all posts i think it does not matter much to gains.
