    ECA vs. Smoking Cigarettes

Idk if this would be the right section but the other day I was arguing to someone that the ECA stack isn't nearly as bad as smoking cigarettes and they strongly disagreed and so did three of my other friends. What are all of your thoughts on this?

ECA causes vasoconstriction, as does smoking. ECA can cause tachycardia and the detriment of it would depend on your heart health. ECA doesn't cost your lungs which hinders alveolar gas exchange so I'm inclined to say they're both bad, but my opinion is smoking is worse. The fact that smoking is a daily chose as opposed to most cycling ECA only reinforces my belief.

I will say that smoking is addicted. When you are addicted to something it is incredible the lengths you'll go through to justify something.

The thing sis if you were to run ECA for as long as someone would smoke
ECA is IMO as bad as smoking.

But... no one will run ECA for decades and most negative effect of ECA can be managed and are reversible.

Smoking have permanant negative impact on health.

So a normal use of ECA is nowhere near as bad as smoking.
Plus you dont **** others health with ECA smokes...

To all the smokers: I dont care if you wanna kill yourself but dont kill others, never ****ing smoke close to anyone nor in any place were other people go!

Id rather see them sniff coke and inject heroin... at least with those they only **** themself up...

(Younger I was asthmatic and every christmas I were hospitalized due to all my retarded family smoking arround me...) so I have no pity for smokers...

    Apples to oranges.

The tachycardia/high bp/cardiovascular stuff will get you with the ECA
    Smoking is mostly lunch/throat issues.

I do both because I don't really give a shit

^^^and dam, can't believe you would want people shooting tar before smoking. It's terrible stuff. i'm never gonna be the same after a few years on that.

That question is so unbelievably situationally dependent with 5,000 variables that there's no way we could give you an accurate answer.
