    First cycle help!!!

    Hi Everyone I am new here!

    age 21
    Height: 1.79 M
    Weight: 104.1 kg
    BF: Approx 15%
    Training experience: 7 years

    I have only done stupid ass stuff like pro-hormones before. Haven't done it for like 4 years.
    Currently looking to do a lean mass cycle for about 12 weeks. For the past 2 years i have been staying between 103-104 kg with BF% dropping slowly but steady.

    Workout:
    M- Quads, Hamstrings and abs
    T- Chest, Calves
    W-Back,abs
    T-Shoulders, calves
    F-Biceps,Triceps, abs

    Cycle:
    Test enanthate 500mg week 1-12
    Anavar 60-80mg a day week 9-14 (Not sure to end or begin cycle with var)
    Arimidex 0.5mg eod week 1-14
    HCG 250IU twice a week. Week 1-14
    And also looking to use Hyperburn to aid in a bit of fat loss.

    PCT:
    Clomid 100,50,50,50
    Nolva 40,20,20,20

    Maybe i should look at a kick start for this cycle or move the anavar to the front?

    Any input would be much appreciated!!

    no not really, Not sure if the biokinetics guy measured right, He measured at 12.4% BF (Which i dont believe when looking at the mirror) and said i only look fat because of all the excess skin that wont shrink back, so im trying to grow into my own skin.

    My calories is at 230 protein and carbs shifts between 160 and 280 because of carb cycling in current programme.

    I have a lot of excess skin (Lost like 32kg in 2.5 months on ECA and vigorous cardio). I think i Still need to loose about 8kg

    I would get off the bf 10% -12% before starting cycle. I would not use the var for this cycle. Intense training, eat a lot and clean, calories over TDEE, expect big gains from this first cycle!

    You are too young. When you get off, Your total test may stop below 300, like it did for another young member here, and then you`re ****ed. TRT when ur 21 or live in sadness with female gains for the rest of you life.
    And 179 cm, 104 kg, 15 %. Really it seems like you gain naturally

    What makes you think he will need trt?his planned cycle looks good as does his pct...yes he is a little young but will that stop him?
    Or anyone else who wants to do something similar.

    Hey guys. Sorry I didn't post. Still figuring this forum out. Can't seem to post pics via my phone or something. But I don't mind waiting. Just frustrated because the last 1.5 years I can't seem to drop my midsection fat,no matter how much cardio and weight training I do. Probably it's my calories??? Getting 2000 to 2800 in regarding which day it may be (carb cycling) Im not an idiot when it comes to advise (I hear what u guys saying) can't seem to get the definition I want no matter how I change my diet and training.
