Question 3rd cycle, 1st *good* cycle; Please comment

    Hi

    Age: 32
    height: 182cm (5.97 feet)
    weight: 87kg (191.8 lbs)
    body fat: 20%

After doing 2 half-way successful T-Bol-only cycles which gave me some good muscle growth without bloat but mainly in the second cycle also gave me side-effects like hair-loss, oily skin and lack of sexual drive I now want to start my 3rd cycle but this time it should be perfect.

I recently found out that the T-Bol of my 2nd cycle was fake or mixed with some unknown substance which could explain my side-effects which never semed to match T-Bol's action profile.

    My goals are:
    - muscle growth without much bloat
    - as less hair loss as possible
    - staying sexually functional
    - keep my balls
    - solid PCT

Since on this forum many people believe that Testosterone should be part of any cycle I thought up the following one:

    Weeks 1-12:
    - Test E 250mg EW
    - T-Bol 40mg ED

    Weeks 2-13:
    - HCG 250 IU EW

    Weeks 2-14:
    - Anastrozole (Arimidex ) 0.25mg EOD

    Weeks 2-18:
    - Finasteride 1mg ED

    2 weeks pause before PCT

    Weeks 15-18:
    Day 1: 300mg Clomid
    Day 2: 200mg Clomid
    Day 3: 100mg Clomid
Rest of week 15: 50mg Clomid ED
    Week 16-18: 50mg Clomid ED

    What do you think?

Is the composition and length of the cycle sensible?

My idea is to just keep a natural Testosterone level while using the T-Bol for muscle growth.

I'm not sure about the Finasteride dosage since I got the impression that Finasteride kills my sex drive and didn't help with my on-cycle hair loss. But I want to try to keep my hair as good as possible.

Is Anastrozole right for such a low Test E dosage?

Is the PCT sufficient? I could add Tamoxifene but I have to take Bupropione for other reasons and I read that Bupropione inhibits an enzyme that it necessary for Tamoxifene to become active.

    Thanks

Hi, at 20% you should be looking to diet down before starting any cycle.

You are 6ft tall and what weight? 87kg is about 199lbs not over 210lbs.

    Can you post a pic?

You are right, I corrected the lbs value now.
My lowest body fat after a diet was about 18%. For measurement I'm using a cheap electronic device. I have never been as ribbed as the person on you avatar pic. I tend to build up fat with muscles so I always have to struggle with fat when I try to build up mass.

I have pictures of my body but I don't dare to post them on a public forum. I want to stay anonymous.

Cover your face and or any obvious tattoos.

Theres alot of people on here who lie or mistake their bodyfat etc by a mile

A pic can certainly help get correct advice for yourself, its worth posting imo.

    Respect to that pic post

As Back in Black mentioned its important to get your BF under 15% before cycling to reduce potential negative side effects

It would be good go get a professional to measure your bodyfat (i too need this)

Other than that the proposed cycle looks good! Low dose test, your planning on using HCG , Adex

Whats your current diet and calories like at the moment and what do you plan to change diet wise whilst on this cycle?

Current diet: (try to not build up fat)
Breakfast: A shake with 1 banana, 60g whey, 1 scoop peanut butter

After workout: Shake with 60g whey and a spoon of glucose
Evening meal: 2 slices of corn pone with sausage or similar

    Diet when bulking:
Breakfast: Mentioned shake + a bowl of corn flakes
Lunch: From the staff restaurant's menu I choose what looks like most calories and add a salad. (There's no nutrition information.)
After workout: Shake with 60g whey and a spoon of glucose
Evening meal: 2-3 chicken breasts or similar

You wont build much muscle on that diet. Visit the nutrition section for advice.

    Cycle plan is bad too.

So I'll have to add additional nutrition on the cycle.

What is bad in the cycle plan? I can still change everything. I didn't start yet.

1st you need to fix your nutrition and training plan. 2nd you should stick with your plan for a 6 months to a year, so you develop a base. 3rd, follow Austenite's first cycle plan to the "T".

In the mean time get some bloodwork done to check if you recovered from your cycle wannabes.

My training plan is already built with the help of experts. And what you see on the picture is the work of more than 3 years, 3 times a week, 1.5 hours of moving weights in the gym. But yes, tell me I should make a training plan and start doing workout. :-(

I'm really working hard to get a better body but it simply doesn't work as it does for other people.

7 years ago I started without any knowledge. Since 4 years I'm working out regulary in gyms, Since about 2 years I'm lifting the weights in my current gym. At this gym there is only one trainer and I cannot rely on her advice. She doesn't know what Military Press is, she considers bench press a dangerous exercise because one could fall off the bench and then be crushed by the barbell. She prefers selling people plastic cards that are claimed to contain positive wave signatures which should neutralize negative waves in the body which are claimed to make people fat.

I already learned much about exercises, muscle growth and I always tried to optimise everything to the max.
My training plan has been optimized by helpful people in another forum and I'm following it for years with variations every 6-10 months.

Still I got less muscle than the average fitness youtuber claims to build up in 3 months.

You can train for 20 years everyday but if you dont eat well then you wont grow well

I would learn to train without "experts" or "trainers"

Half of them think they know everything, some do but alot dont!

Learn exercises and training splits yourself and look into bulking diets, if you need help with your diet post in the nutrition section

Once you have done this for atleast 6 months then you maybe ready to cycle some test. Up to now from what ive read you cycling now will be a waste of time and money. You will put weight on but more than likely will lose it all as your diet isnt in tune.

Please dont get offended by recieving some negative criticism, we are trying to help you get the best out of your time and efforts.

So, basically you dont know how to train and eat. Sorry to blunt, but in the picture doesnt look like someone that lifts.
You need to learn how to lift by yourself, dont rely on gym trainers. Plenty of resources here, but you need to learn by yourself. Nobody is going to spoon feed you the information.

Kinda sad to say you are lifting for 3 years and still dont know how to do a training program for yourself, dont even think of steroids while you dont fix it...
