Hi
I am Javajim In the last 7 months I have gone from 277 to 216 lbs.I want to get to 200 lbs and 15% BF. My diet is about 2300 cal a day. I have one cheat meal a week and I do have a few drinks on sat and sun only. I do the treadmill HIIT 4 min 3.7 mph @ 3% incline and 1 min 8 mph until I reach 3.5 miles and 600 calories It is about 45 min 5 days a week. I lift 5 days a week also between 1 hr to 1.5 hrs depending on the body parts I am working.I am 56 years old 5ft 10 in. 216 bf not sure.I am on HRT test cyp 100 mg 2 x a week. I am getting ready to blast for 12 weeks ether 500 or 750 test cyp and some mast maybe 400 a week .I also take HGH 2 iu a day.This is my 15th day of HGH love it.. I know my bf is high for this but this will be my 5th cycle and have done good so far.Click image for larger version.
