Delts injection
Just recently began injecting delts because of the issue going on with my gluts, and I love it. Instead of the 100mg of test p and tren ace I put into one needle when doing gluts, I just do 2 separate injections of 100mg of each into both delts. I don't think my delts could handle 2ml injection right now. But I have very little pop, no blood no leakage, and the injection just seems to go a lot easier and smoother. Are there any disadvantages to injecting delts other than having to do 2 injections instead of one?

Ive only ever injected delts, 2ml in each delt every week (my shoulders arent my strong point and never have been, they are quite small but suprise how much you can fit in them)
the only disadvantage i can think of is trying to train shoulders, depends if the gear gives you pip or not, try to train your shoulders the day before your injection, most gear ive had has had no pip at all and has been fine to train the day before or day after an injection.
Its easy to sit and inject your delt, comfortable etc.
Good choice imo

Rotate between delts, glutes and quads. Scar tissue isn't nice.

Sorry i forgot to mention i do develope scar tissue at the end of the cycle
If i do a 12 weeks cycle id say the first 8 weeks are fine but the last 4 is painful when penetrating the skin, i jusr force it through as i dont like trying to reach around pinning glutes, and when i pinned my quad my leg shot in the air (im guessing nerve) and has scared me since lol

I've done 2ML in the delts as well without any issues. I'd try it, you might be surprised on how much you can fit in them. I'd deff have a few different sites. You don't want scar tissue to build up

Yeah I'm still doing different sites but delts where a nice find for me.. I just did my glute 10 mins ago.. Didn't wanna do delt again after I just did them 2 days ago and I don't get it I used 1.5 in needle almost all the way in, I'm low bf too btw and still so much leakage and blood.. I'm doing the correct spot I know I am. Gluts are really pissing me off I just got so mad that I wanted to beat my glute up lol.. Just feels like such a waste of gear and an injection.. Because I know the next thing to come is in gonna get a huge painful lump that last a week then goes away. I hate doing quads I get really bad pip from them to were I can't even walk. Bout to just start injecting delts and pecs.. ****it I might even try my calf.. I almost wanna just do another injection right now because of how much just leaked out. I'm really so pissed right now, I feel like it's ****ing up my whole cycle when that shit happens.

Unless you're skinny and hitting bone, delts can hold plenty more than 2 cc.

I was getting leakage then I started injecting slower and left the needle in for like 30-45 seconds. It helped out a lot

I never get leakage I take probably 1 full minute injecting 2ml in my delts, I push it in really slowly.
I get a little blood 1 in 6 injections but not much

Use the z-track method to reduce leakage for those of you mentioning it. You don't lose a lot of gear through leaking but the idea is that you don't get as much gear in undesired dermal layers and therefore less pip.

Z taking method can be impractical when you're injecting yourself

I don't get leakage in my delts well I haven't yet, but I almost always do in my glute. The z track method is really only practical to me if I was doing quads because it's way easier to inject and reach there lol.. Prob nearly impossible to do z track on delts if injecting yourself. I'm sure some can but I definitely can't. Also gluts would probably be very difficult too, but yet I understand how the z track method works and it does work I've done it on my quads. Just can't do it anywhere else really unless someone else is injecting for you

Btw just put a little over 1 cc in delt today I already have pretty bad pip.. Couldn't even put my elbow on my window while driving. I trained arms today though, the only exercises that hurt where ones that worked shoulders a little too. We'll see how I feel tomorrow
