i read a study on lean muscle mass gained between a group using 600 test a week and the other 300 test a week for 20 weeks. 600/wk gained 4 more pounds of muscle but experienced more sides. i would like my first cycle to go smooth as possible and that is my for wanting to run the dose that follows
i have 50 ml of 300/ml test e
im debating between running 420 test e a week and 2.5 adex eod
or
360 test e a week and 1.5 adex eod
