Very low test level 3 months post cycle

HELLO EVERYONE

IM 36, 225 LBS, 6 FEET.

HAVE DONE 4 CYCLES OF TEST/WIN SINCE I WAS 21. UNTILL 2 YEARS AGO WHERE I ADDED TREN TO IT. SO TEST TREN AND WIN AS FOLLOW

WEEK 1 TO WEEK 12 : TEST ENATHATE 200MG 2X A WEEK
WEEK 1 TO WEEK 12 : TREN ACETATE 100MG 3 X A WEEK
WEEK 6 TO WEEK 12 : WINSTROL 50MG 3 X A WEEK
WEEK 1 TO WEEK 12 : ARIMIDEX 0.25 EOD
WEEK 8 TO WEEK 12 : PREGNYL 250 EOD ( I THINK THATS WHERE I SCREWED UP)
PCT POST CYCLE : CLOMID 100/100/50/50 + NOVALDEX 40/40/20/20/20

I HAVE FINISHED MY CYCLE 3 MONTHS AGO. SINCE THEN I FEEL VERY DOWN, DEPRESSED, FEELING LESS, NO MOTIVATION, SAD, NO SEX DRIVE.

I HAVE DONE BLOOD TEST FEW DAYS BACK AND JST GOT THE RESULTS

ESTRADIOL (R.I.A): 0.06 nmol N: 0.08 to 0.18
16 pg/ml N: 22 to 50

FSH: 2.0 UI/I N: 1.5 to 12.4

LH: 4.1 UI/I N: 1.7 to 8.6

TOTAL TEST (ECLIA): 3.5 nmol/l N: 8.6 to 29.0
1.0 ng/l N: 2.5 to 9.0

FREE TEST (R.I.A): 15.2 pmol/l N: 30.1 to 189.8
4.4 pg/ml N: 8.7 to 54.7


The doctor gave me ANDROTANDRYL 250 MG / 3 SHOTS TO BE TAKEN EVERY 21 DAYS.

I LIVE IN AFRICA AND WANT TO BE SURE HE KNOWS WHAT HES TALKING ABOUT SO I PLEASE DO NEED YOUR ADVISE AS IM TIRED OF FEELING LIKE A SPONGE

Some people require close to a year to reestablish homeostasis after a steroid cycle. Using 19nors can make HPTA reset more difficult than other AAS.

I'm not familiar with the compound androtandryl.

Did your doctor put you on TRT? If so you will get more through advice by moving this thread to the TRT forum.

Did you doctor make any attempt to diagnose why your TT and FT are low?

I think Androtardyl is basically enanthate . Agree with numbere that you simply may need more time to recover. I know you don't want to hear that but it's often times the case. Never a guarantee though. Five weeks of Pregnyl prior to pct would probably have been enough to get your boys functioning but obviously that's just a guess at this point as you do show pituitary function, albeit low. So, determining whether that's your normal level of production and your testicals are not working up to par is tough to gauge, unless you have prior BW to review.

Not sure what your doc's point is regarding taking Androtardyl in the short term as he prescribed. If it's enanthate as I suspect then it's a flawed protocol which will only serve to temporarily elevate your levels and suppress your remaining endogenous production of testosterone . You need to further investigate exactly what the doc's plan is before you initiate it, imho.

A thought, assuming all other BW is normal (prolactin, thyroid, cortisol, etc) and not causing any pituitary suppression would be to run another pct.

YES "Androtardyl" is ENATHATE.

No unfortunatly i havent done BW before that one on that cycle.

Concerning all the others BW such as prolactin thyroid and cortisol, they are all fine, i also did prostate everything is perfect.

What do u recommend i will go with ur advise

I'd give it more time if possible. In the meantime, optimize your lifestyle, rest, nutrition. Even a good Vit D level will help a little.
Who say's the other levels are fine? Many doc's say things are fine simply because they're in range. It's not always the case.

Do another pct, see how that goes, don't forget zinc , i use it in my pct's and works for me
