    HDL & Lipids values [Question]

So from all the reading of logs iv noticed the trend in Lipid values going outa whack from long cycles and some orals (Var/Whinny). Though the lipid panel returns to normal for most in a month following PCT, are there any present dangers while the cholesterol (especially HDL) is nerfed during the cycle and PCT?
To what extent does RYR, CoQ10, Niacin, fish oil ect supplementation affect lipids?

It's normal for HDL to decrease and LDL to rise during a cycle of any type. Assuming your levels are normal and not astronomically bad pre-cycle then you've got nothing to worry about. The mentioned supps all have known benefits in this area which are easily searchable. To what extent would depend on your metabolism. Take a look at examine.com. Re Niacin be sure it's Slo-Niacin. Re RYR the OTC products are relatively useless as the natural statins have mostly been removed per the FDA, so you'd have to buy an overseas powder. Consider NAC as well in your list of supps.

All that being said, don't over-think things.

Var needs only 3-4 days to put cholesterol to the roof.I've seen this with blood tests, before and after.

After pct,i took statins to lower it,so I've no clue how long it will take naturally.
