considering tren e./test cycle. whats a good dosage

My test is usually 750 mg weekly, what would be a good tren dose to throw in there.?

What are your stats, cycle and training history?

If you typically run 750mgs of test I would start tge tren around 400mgs a week

Have you ran tren before?
how are the side on test at 750 for you?

40 yrs old. On and off training since teens, maybe 10 cycles. 190 lbs roughly, i have dropped lower,when i neglect the gym or 200 on cycle. Deca,var dbol with test.mostly test only cycles . 750 seems to be ok with me on cycles, i have had a few bouts with gyno , but took what was needed to keep it down. Im just looking for a notch above how i felt on 600deca,750test weekly.never ran tren before.

I would go with 3/400 test with 350mg tren A you should be fine with that,you could adjust from there but legit tren at that dose is really good,10 cycles and never did tren?fair play!

Whats your height OP?

200-250mg pw is more than enough for a first (even a 2nd and 3rd) tren cycle. Less is more with tren it will do amazing things at that dosage if your diet and training are good.

I would look at around 50mg ED in my opinion

5'8....on height, 50 mg a day? Should this be shot daily or twice a week?

I have kinda a controversial view on stacking. I only run test a like 125mg a week to keep the libido up and hit 300-400mg of tren E or deca. I'm a big proponent of competitive inhibition. The agent that has the the strongest binding affinity for the AR receptor usually wins out.

Ace is the fast acting esters so if you get sides you can drop it or cut the dose you can pin it eod,I use 30g slin needles so it's pretty easy

Honestly I've done 400mg of Tren E/week alongside 250mg, 500mg, and 750mg of test/week and found 250 was plenty for keeping libido up and having minimal sides. Never tried 125mg though. I imagine it would work just fine since it's still well above our normal range of test.

5ft8 - 190lbs after 10 cycles and probably years of trainig giving your 40 years old
Should you not weigh more than that?

Im 28, the same height and weight as you after 3 cycles (my bodyfat is likely higher than yours but still)

Currently on 1500 test E and 100 tren E weekly. I do not use tren as the workhorse but as a fat remover. This is my third cycle with tren and it makes me a mean motherflipper if over 200 a week. I treated it just as testosterone...work to see where you get great gains and minimal sides. Then ride the horse till you need more.
