    And another question, this is probably a dumb one, but it is late.

    I got the liquid stuff from ppl and on the droper tube there is 2 lines. one says .04 and the other says .08.

    What equals what in mg? it is 30 mg /ml

    Yes nolva will help with bloat, liquidex may be better.

    You say you have the liquide stuff so it's liquifen (tamoxifen citrate)?

    I don't have PPL's brand of it but another research co's and all I do is use a syringe and measure out 1cc and that equals 20mg. I've ran 20mg my whole cycle and have been ok with bloat but I am getting a little.

    I know you know this but DON'T inject it just drink it. Some guys have injected this stuff

    I mix mine with cranberry juice....that stuff tastes like ASS!

    Can I mix it with any kinda juice, or does it have to be cranberry. It does taste like ASS!!

    i personally like liquidex and arimide for bloat and gyno probs. but for me its arimidex all around !

    mix it with whatever you want. i take a mouthful of gatortade, then shoot it in and swallow both.
