One ampoule two shots a week, but how?

When u wanna use just 250 mg test e a week and you only got ampoules, whats the solution then when you wanna do two shots?
Is it ok two draw 0,5 ml, then put the topbroken ampoule back in the closet and draw the last 0,5 ml in a few days?

Or will this destroy the molechyles, i dont know.....or be too dirty?...solutions?

Not cool to leave it in the opened ampule. Better to draw the remaining into a new syringe cap it and store it as sterile as possible.
