This is my 3rd cycle, my previous cycles were test only.

    Test 500mg a week
    Deca 400mg a week
    Arimidex 0.75 eod
Prami 0.25 ed ( increased it now to 1 mg)
    Hcg 250 ius 2x a wk

I did get mild gyno on my first cycle (that never fully went away) because I was an idiot and didn't do my research and listened to the wrong people. My second cycle was good, no problems at all.

This cycle I started getting sore nipples on 2nd week and I started taking Prami right away. I'm on my fourth week and sensitivity hasn't subsided. I've added nolva 40 mg and ralox 60 mg.

Prami was from a respectable source on this site and I get sides like insomnia.

    Can anybody help?

Sorry to hear this bro. Have lumps formed also or just soreness?

Is this the amount of adex that you took during your last cycle (which sounds like it was successful)? When did you add the Nolva and Ralox?

I am running the same cycle so will be curious to hear how it goes for you. Hope the soreness fades. Will let the experts respond to your questions.

You only need one SERM for a gyno flare up... Either would be fine - tamoxifen frontload 40mgs Ed for a wk hen 10-20mgs there on out - ralox 120 the first wk then 60 thereafter!

Is your dex PHARMA(tabs or RC)... That's a lot of dex - what's your bf%?

Either your E2 is elevated which is making your prolactin elevate(but w/1mg of prami I'd beknocked out lol - Are you feeling nauseous from the prami(tired etc)?

BW wil tell you what's going on...

I got hard stuff on the bottom of my nipple. It doesn't go all the way around but that's the stuff that is sore when I touch it.

I started using Nolva and Ralox on week 3.

My dex is liquid and from same source as prami.

When I take prami, I do fall asleep quickly but I would wake up in middle of the night and can't go back to sleep. And I do feel nauseous and tired as hell for the first few hours I'm up.

I wanted to wait till 6 weeks for BW but I might just have to do it now.

What about letro? I know it's not a serm but allot of people swear by it and my guess keep it on hand for this type of situation.

That's a typical side of prami(the nauseousness sleep etc) - idk much about letro but an AI will not reverse gyno(it will help keep it at bay as controlling your E2 is the way)... Letro is harsh so be careful...

OP If you really want to know what's going on inside and the proper course of action then you should have blood work. Be sure to check for both sensitive e2 and PRO.

"E2" and "sensitive E2" are two different things?

    Update - week 7 BW

    Prolactin- 9.9
    E2 sensitive-3.7

I started taking letro right after this thread so..
    Week4
    Letro 1.25mg EOD
    Prami 1mg ED
    Nolva 40mg ED

    Week5
Nipples are still very sensitive. Getting desparate. Libido low but I could perform.
    Letro 2.5 MG ED
    Prami 1MG ED
    Nolvadex 40mg ED

    Week 6
    Sensitivity subsided approx. 20%
    Libido the same
    Decided to take less Letro.
    Letro 1.25 MG ED
Prami became different dosages because I couldn't take not getting enough sleep.
So one day I might do 1 MG the next .5 MG.
    Nolva 40 MG

    Week7
    Sensitivity down approx. By 50%
Libido increased. I started to get random boners.
    Letro 1.25 MG ED
    Prami Same as week 6
    Nolva 20 MG ED
    Friday did BW

    Week8
    No sensitivity
    Libido is great.
I think I'm going to taper down letro and switch to rimidex.

What you guys think about the BW numbers?

Your Prami is surely working... And I'd lower it to .5-.7mgs Ed... PRL is like E2 if too low no good too high also no good!

I'd also stop the letro as yiur E2 is almost crashed... Switch to dex(.5 EOD) but I need to know what your running and how much? Also stay at 20mgs Ed for Nolva(if you have gyno) if not drop it to 10 if your not sensitive but don't stoo if your do have Gyno

    Thx for your reply

    I'm running
    Test 500mg a week
    Deca 400mg a week
I do still have mild gyno
I'm almost out of Nolva but do have allot of ralox. Would I take the same dosage of ralox?

BTW I skipped last two days of Prami because I really miss sleeping well. Does that change anything?

The gyno may have nothing to do with prolactin. Focus on better controlling your E2, which will control progesterone in turn.
    jimmyinkedup and NACH3 like this.

This^^^ controlling E2 is always the first line of defense!

If you have ralox it's dosed at 120mgs the first wk - then 60mgs there on out - plus jimmyinkup just found a study conveying how ralox binds and & blocks the breast tissue better than tamox.... I'll see if I can find it!
    Still looking :/

I'm on the same gear but use aroma an also use prami I also run ralox for LDL lowering benefits I haven't had any
problems. Like Nach said controlling e2 is the frist line of defense keep running the ralox to clear up any gyno that
may have started hope it all works out for ya
