you should alternate injection sites to minimize scar tissue buildup in one spot. if you're doing only glute injections, you need to alternate sides...

nah man I think what you've read are posts saying it MAY be better to shoot in the right cheek if you're right handed. You're more stable and coordinated with your dominate hand.
HOWEVER ... you cant always shoot the same spot as halifax said ... scar tissue! Try the quads
