    Post cycle labs

My last tren pin was July 30th and I went back to HRT (test CYP). VA labs (in pics) blood was drawn Sep 9th, 2 days short of 6 weeks since last pin of tren and back on HRT.
I want to start a new cycle Mid October and there are a few things that concern me about my labs. First thing I am unsure which lab is accurate. On Sep 2nd I had my civilian doc order a total test and estradiol lab for me (results Estradiol 17/ total test 620.8). VA labs Sept 9th total test 1061 (both labs on a Wed morning, I pin Sunday morning and Wednesday evening).
As you can see in my VA lab my RBC is high, hemocrit, and hemoglobin very close to the high end. I gave blood 2 weeks after my cycle ended and can't give again for a few more weeks. My FSH and LH are low is this normal? I do use 250IU of HCG twice a week for a total of 500IU. My cholesterol has always been border line high just like it is in these results. I asked her to do liver function, but it appears she didn't do much, the one she did (Alkaline Phoshatase) is normal at 63. I did use T3 during my cycle so it is good to see my T4 is normal and my PSA is good again after the Prostetitis I experienced when I tried my first cycle.
My next cycle will not be tren it will be a long ester Deca and increased test.
Any advice or ideas on how to make things better before I start another cycle?

edit add: I have been feeling pretty crappy lately and have fluid behind my ear also my Blood Pressure has been averaging 140/90 (I have an OMRON BP monitor at work).

Hi Rhoag. The only thing that I can think of is maybe the HCG helped raise your natural test enough to get your levels up. However, from 620 to 1061 in 2 weeks is quite a jump. The report from the VA seems correct in that your RBC count is up, which it should be with a test level at 1061. And I have no reason to believe the 1st labs were incorrect either. The only thing you can do is just get BW done before you begin your next cycle. And go from there. In regard to your BP. 140/90is a bit high especially off cycle. You may want to talk to a doc about a BP med like lysinapril 20mg daily. That's what I take, and no sides. Your probably feeling bad because of the fluid in your ears. All this is just my opinion, but I hope it helps. Be well.
PS. If that's you in your profile pic. You are in great shape man!

Thanks for the reply and compliment. Yes that's me a few weeks ago, 35 years of working out and one cycle later. I think if I can get my RBC down, reduce my caffeine intake, and stress in my life... I may be able to lower my BP without adding a drug. I am going to call the community blood center and see if they will let me give again early.

One more thing Rhoag. Tren is a great steroid, but I believe it is extra tough on the BP of men over 45. I am currently on my 2nd Tren Test cycle and my BP is up and down! I've made some great gains on Tren, it's the best there is for me in terms of solid muscle growth and strength. But I can't continue to use it with that much of a risk. My next cycle will be with Test/Deca. And I really hope I don't have the BP issues with that. I've never had a problem with Test only cycles, even at pretty high doses. And I'm really hoping I will see good results with the Test/Deca.
But anyway. I hope some of my rambling will be helpful to you. Be well.

Humm I just noticed that my Pregnenolone is low. I stopped supplementing this about 6 months ago and thought it didn't make much difference. I guess I better go back to 50mg micronized slow release.

I don't see anything in your bloods that would cause me to be concerned like strong said just get pre bloods before
    your next cycle

Agree with the guys above. It is odd to have that much of a difference between tests though. Labs can and do make mistakes.
LH & FSH will always flatline when on TRT. No reason to test them ever again unless you decide to come off.
Keep an eye on your thyroid. TSH is in range but elevated and FT4 is lower. Any TSH over 2 should be watched. Good to see your lab using the newer range.
Note your MCV and MCH. It's an indicator of iron deficiency so use caution giving blood to often. Maybe titrate your dose down a little. Hydrate better.

Thanks for the feedback guys it is greatly appreciated. My civilian doc has everything online, these labs were VA. I have all my original labs before I went on HRT that I can use for a comparison. Here are a few of the labs from Dec 2012 I started pinning test Jan 2013 (HRT).

KELKEL I did use T3 at a daily dose of (if I remember correctly) 50mcg daily during my cycle. Could my TSH be a bit elevated still because of that? How do you feel about using T3 on cycle? I have been giving blood every 8 weeks, I do have iron tablets that I could supplement. Yes I need to drink more water and less Crown Royal! I have already reduced my test just a bit to see if I feel better at a slightly lower dose. In the past I have used my Civilian lab results and have tried to keep my test about 750 and estridial about 25. As you can see from my original labs (pre HRT) most everything is a bit elevated except MVC and MCH, but not to outrageous.

Some of the spikes you see are from when i had my hip replaced and was on blood thinners.

T3 is out of your system quickly so IMHO, no, your TSH is what it is. Just keep an eye on your TSH and next time test your FT3, FT4, RT3 and probably antibodies as well. I don't use it but it definitely works. It's a thermogenic, improves the processing of nutrients plus you can eat more if you choose, within reason....
