WOW great stuff you will make a lovely house wife one day, Did you cook that up all by your self?
BTW people tend to use plates, Them cups are for protein shakes by the looks of it. I no it happens its okay
But if your being serious LOL
1 cup of rice is around 200-300cal
Hand full of vegeshhhh is about 100-200cal lol
And wherever the fish is... its about 150cal
DW the PROS will be in soon and they will investigate this further TO tell you 100% what type of Fish, Rice and vegeshhh we are dealing with!!! AND with all the Studies, Experience and Details needed to solve this puzzle/riddle of a question you have asked.
WD pat on the back for you.

You're making some wise choices. If you can track the amounts of your foods, you will learn a lot about how your body reacts and what it will take to make changes in your bf levels.
Also, please post up and read in the forum below. We really do have some helpful members here that honestly enjoy helping people.

Awesome, I was wondering wtf was going on in here.
To the OP,
I am looking into getting a food scale so I can answer that question for myself. Once I do it once in a cup/container like that I'll just mark it and never have to do it again!
