Coming off cycle, back to TRT, how to dose AI?

First blast since being on TRT, coming off the following:

Test Rx 400mg/week
Deca 400mg/week
EQ 500mg/week
Arimidex Rx .25mg EOD

My TRT protocol prior to my cycle was test 120mg/week and arimidex .5mg day after test pin (so 2x/week). If I'm doing my first 60mg test tonight, when should I take the arimidex being that I took .25mg last night? Do I continue the .25mg EOD for a week or so and then go back to the normal regiment, or being that it's Monday, should I take the .5mg arimidex on Friday after my test pin on Thursday?

I would probably run the .25 at least a week longer then start back on your TRT dose. Hopefully a Vet will chime in and help.
