starting sust cycle. pct help

Hey I'm going to be starting my sust cycle as soon as I sort out my pct. I'm 25 yo 94 kg. Been lifting for 2 and a half years. I'm going to be doing 500 mg a week 250 Monday 250 Thursday for 10 weeks. I have nolvadex already. Would a nolva only pct be enough. Like week 1 40 ed week 2 40 week 3 20 week 4 20? Or would I need some other serm? Thanks in advance

You most definitely need two SERMs - clomid/nolva! Read this your ?'s doses are in there
