Is it easier to recover from lower dose cycles?

    Hey guys

Did some searches and googled this but conflicting info so wanted to ask here.

If you cycle with low doses can you recover quicker/easier than cycles with larger doses? Or does shutdown mean shutdown either way?

Im on 4th cycle (and ive noticed a difference in testicular shrinkage etc on this one and its low dose)

All 3 previous cycles were 500mg test and testes shrivelled into peanuts, my current cycle is 250 test 200 tren and my balls are still pretty full and im just about to finish.

I know either way blood work is what determines ones recovery but in theory are you likely to recover easier and quicker with low dose cycles?

There's no difference really. Cycle length has much more bearing on HPTA suppression. Any compounds used for longer than 3-4 weeks will completely shut you down.

HPTA suppression will result sooner when using 19nors. Using as little as 100mg of npp will shut you down for two weeks.

Testicular volume is a poor way to judge HPTA suppression. You've been using tren and a supraphysiological amount of test for several weeks. Other than the small amount of test you're producing in response to hcg you're completely shutdown.

Was wondering the same thing. Maybe because the sides are less on lower doses of Tren I feel better overall but never really thought about how quick recovery is. I will have to pay attention to that next time.

Thanks Numbere. I know either way you will be shut down, my main question was the recovery time.

If it takes say an average 3 months after PCT to recover from a 12 weeks 500mg test cycle,

Would it not take less time to recover from a 12 week 250mg test cycle?

Not sure it works like that, shut down is shut down no matter what the dose of compound. I use the analogy of a car :

shut it down (leave it without starting it) for a week, it'll start ok
shut it down for a month, might take a bit to get it started
shut it down for 3 months, probably going to need some love and attention to get it started again
shut it down for 6 months, it's going to need a lot of work to get it started

The car is no more shut down after three months than it was in week one, but the components it requires to run properly are degrading the longer it is left unused.

You'd have to use very low doses to not completely shut down and that wouldn't be worth cycling with.

So the time on plus pct = time off rule

Applies no matter what the doseage you have ran?

Unfortunatly, yes. It's more about giving your body a chance to regain it's homeostasis rather than letting stuff clear from your system. You want your HPTA to get up and running in a stable maner for some time before you start poking holes in it again lol.
