    Is it normal to smash all your pb's after 2 jabs of sust

    I think 4days in is a placebo effect. But either way great job! Keep pushing yourself! You'll be warming up with your formerPB in another month!!
    IMO, this is just proof your head is defiantly in the right place bud.

    Yeah I thought so but still buzzing can moan about an extra 10 kg on the bench. Thanks man

    Don't stop pushing yourself, just don't sacrifice proper form for bigger weights, last thing you want is to be side-lined with an injury.

    Yeah deffo. That's why I do this to push myself as hard as I can. Can't beat that dead feeling at the end of a session haha
