    Want to harden up a bit, advice?

    Coming to an end of my 12 week cycle of test c 500mg per week. I am still fairly lean, but would like to see more veins, striations, blah blah blah. Any advice on Clen or another route? I want to stay in a caloric surplus, but I could just hit maintenance, if that would help. Just some thoughts. Anyone?

    You holding much water retention? You been using an AI?

    Theres a good chance you will find yourself leaning in more after PCT and when you piss the water out

    I would Keep your diet in check and what 2 or 3 weeks after stopping the test and see where you end up after shedding some of the water weight like Thetaxman said. Also drop your carb intake a little.

    I wouldn't mess with Clen or try to loose any weight whatsoever during PCT. You will significantly affect your gains. Go through PCT and then you can do a slow cut AFTER your natty levels have returned. Then you can cut to harden up, and you won't loose muscle at that time if you are lifting hard, loosing slowly, doing cardio, and diet is in check.

    Use an AI and tighten your diet up.

    Test will just make you thicker...To harden you use compounds like tren , mast, winny etc in conjunction with being lean enough and being in a caloric deficit (with carbs) you should be full and lean....
