Question i'm losing my f-ing mind any knowledge members can save me? blood work inside

ill try to keep this short as possible 27/M

beginning of the year i ran a test e cycle at 500/week hog 500/week 12.5 are ED. after i played with the ai and got dialed in it was good. then after 2 months my gym partner hooked me up with turnibol. it was insane for a two weeks then i noticed i couldn't get aroused anymore. i did some searching and found you can't do oral only cycles so i added the test back in while still on the turnibol but i still wasn't able to get aroused. I would want girls but i just could not get sexually aroused.

so i stopped the cycle and did a month of clomid and nolva then took blood work two months after pct:

    dht 28 30~75

    test total 411 349~1190

    test free 9 10~30

    estrogen 9 8~35

    pregneolone 102 <151

    prolactin 6.7 4~15

    TSH 6 .5~4.5

    t4 5 4.5~12

    t3 uptake 35 24-39%

    free thyroid index 2 1.2~4.9

being fed up i then started cycling test e again because i wanted to be able to feel normal again, its been 3 weeks and every day i still wanna get girls and i get morning wood everyday but its always flimsy and weak and i can't get turned on.

i just took a blood test while on cycle and its

    total t 2150

    free t 84

    e 22

    prolactin 3.7

    igf 323

    tsh 6.2

    t4 4.9

    free t3 uptake 34%

    free thyroid index 1.8

I'm really upset i just wanna get to normal but i have no idea whats causing this? now even on t and my e in range what is causing this??

i'm guessing since everything is in range it has to be thyroid but idk. and I'm not sure what else can be out of whack to be causing this..

-if i try to masturbate it takes a quite a while just to get up 80% and I'm still not aroused its just genital stimulation getting me up

-orgasum feels weak, ejaculatory load dribbley

-have morning wood every day but its like 60%

You need to go to the doctor as your thyroid has problems.

Dont try to self medicate thyroid problems.

About the sex problems forget about it till your thyroid is stabilized.

I'm going to make an appointment,

can thyroid be the cause of my problems?

You need to come off cycle do pct and give yourself around 6 weeks then gets bloods done. Going back on cycle isn't going to help in the long run

Oh I know his thyroid is ill... I was just thinking what the range for PRL is and I thought it's lowest end of range is like 5-6... His TSH is super high... 4.2 is cut off or right around there -

Thing is why for both? Why TSH 6 znd PRL 3+ I mean both will have negative sexual sides - thyroid causing most sides

You better make an appointment with a doctor.Stop what you're doing and do a PCT like vets above advised you.

    Depends on the causes.

Have you ever tested TSH before AAS?

Hypothyroidism causes hypogonadism... So like above stop clear and PCT(clomid + nolva)

If it's permanent then you would have to use medication - or possibly trt - or both(T3 - T4?)

I'm wondering what the free T3 range is(34% seems high but I could be off on this)

ok I'm reading over the site and it seems my problem could be caused from adrenal dysfunction. It recommends to order a salvia test kit for cortisol, should i test for dhea as well?

Ok based on more research it seems more likely that my thyroid hormones are being suppressed by adrenal dysfunction and my tsh is trying to raise thyroid hormones but cant do to (what im gesisng based on research) the suppressive effects from high cortisol.

Im going to take a salvia sample for cortisol but im wondering for dhea blood test do i pick dhea or dhea sulfate?

Ok after further research im almost certin my problems and chain of problems is coming from exercise induced adrenal fatigue. Iv been working out everyday since the start of my first cycle for nearly two hours and even during pct and post pct, that added with alot of coffee each morning and cutting post pct led to adrenal fatigue which suppressed my thryoid thus raising tsh to those levels but thyroid hormones still low. Which also caused my hypogodnadism. Any input on this theory? Also what can i do now that i feel im overtrained? Should i stop working out the next week or two and see how icfeel? Any other tips?

Yes, that could have acelerated the problem. But before that your thyroid was already showing some signs by having a TSH of 2.1.
TSH above 2 should be further investigated, at least thats what I always read from Kelkel's post (as im not a thyroid "specialist").

Still think you should consult with a good endocronologist...
