    7 week clen cycle

    hi guys

    wanted to get your guys feedback on a proposed clen cycle and such
    first of my stats
    age 21
    height 1.85m
    weight 84kg
    bf% not sure
    current diet 2800-2900 calories
    Macro: F:95 c:250-260 p:220-230
    train first thing in the morning and meals after that go

    1) carbs +protein
    2) Carbs + protein
    3) protein+ fat
    4) protein+fat
    5)protein + fat
    6) protein shake

    goal: want to drop some bodyfat and such before December and create kind of a buffer also as i am going away to the farm to girlfriends parents and such so i know the diet might take a hit but will try to make healthy choices stil

    have been eating in a slight surplus for the past few months and have gained size and gotten somewhat leaner while staying at 84kg constantly (recomp?)

    suggested cycel:
    7 weeks of clen
    cycle will run like such:
    start at 20mg a day and increment with 20mg every 3/4 day( not sure about this theory just something i read up on) and then reach a max of 120-140mg(not sure what max is have read a lot that people suggest only 120mg) and the increment down

    so will go like : 20,20,20,40,40,40,60,60.......120,120,120,100,100, 100 etc

    what do you guys think?

    i tried to make the post as detailed as i could as to avoid any confusion and such

    First of all, for me, when I tried clen the first time I did not lose one pound; but it gave me headaches and jittery hands only. The next time I tried it I was on an intense diet and lost a little weight, but cannot say that I would not have lost nearly as much if I had not even added the clen. I know a lot of people talk about it, but to be honest, I think it is for people really in tune with their bodies and who can see the mild difference clen can provide.
    I am only saying this because I believe that if you think clen will make you thin, you will probably be very disappointed. But, if you are going to do the work to lose weight on your own, clen might help a little bit.

    Because the sides also affect everyone differently at different amounts, it is good to have a plan; but be willing to change it based on how your body reacts. If you start out with one amount and do not see any jitters in the hands, you can probably bump it up a bit. But, when you are at 60mcg's for example and still get the jittery hands from that amount, there is no need to bump up the dose until your body lets you know it is no longer responding to that amount.

    Ok...im 21...i took clen while dieting and while not. It gives you shakiness, makes it easier to get your Hr up, and gives cramps. The positives?...probably none. I thought it helped while dieting but when i came off the clen and continued my diet NOTHING changed. Itll give you an extra 100 calories to add to your macros at most lol. As far as "burning" or shedding fat, id say that its an extra 40 dollars i could have spent on food like chicken.

    To my knowledge no one has calculated an approximation of Clen raising your tdee, I doubt they can. However, seeing the boost in metabolism Clen provides is recognizable.

    The positives are there, they're just hidden under quite a few negative sides. Some are more sensitive to them than others, I am. I say I
    it is to assist the fine tuning because it's not something to take when you're out of shape.


    I definitely wouldn't take mg though, it's mcg. And the 18hr increase is doable but unnecessary and just too complicated. Just make it a nice round 24 hours. The difference is negligible. And be careful on the dose increases so quickly. Like I said, sensitive people like myself would die from sides if I increased daily. Your max dose is okay as long as you get there gradually.

    ECY stack works far better for me to cut fat.
