Test only cycle side affect, hand burning sensation help!

I've decided to start a 250mg a week cidoteston only cycle for my first cycle, I did 250mg on Tuesday and it's now Saturday, I'm experiencing a burning like sensation in my left hand and have been for 3 days now. Not sure what's going on or how I've done it but it feels more like a burning on the skin? Any ideas or same experiences? It's just annoying but I feel fine within my self, I feel grate apart from the hand burning sensation. The sensation comes n goes throughout the day

I did have a shoulder injury about 4 years ago which did cause me to have tingling pain in my arm but the hospital said it was my shoulder after blood tests n scans etc.... and was fine ever since with phisiootc
