    Building muscle mass

    I've been blasting and cruising for a year now. I've been lifting heavy the whole time. I've been lifting for many years now and I've gained a lot of strength in the big three lifts, but now I want more.

    My blasts have been 600 mg test cyp for 12 weeks then back down to cruising at 120 mg per week. What can I add to my next planned blast to ensure some quality mass gains? I had a hard time dialing the test in to get my e2 levels in check, so I don't really want to tank my estrogen again if that's possible.

    I plan to shift my lifting from 80-90% 1rm with 3-5 reps to more of a bodybuilding style program. Moderate weights in the 8-12 rep range.

    There is so much info on this site, it's hard to determine what to do based on someone's else's situation. Any thoughts on what I can add will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    No history to speak of. Just the blast and cruise I mentioned. This will be my first. I've read tons of posts on this site yet still would like advice from those much more knowledgable and experienced than I am.

    Eat and eat and workout as hard as you can then repeat it.

    Blast of 600mg a week for 12 weeks. To me that would be a full cycle. How much AI was you taking ? To crash your E2?

    Your at the right place to learn for sure.

    I was taking 12.5 mg per day which I found was too much for the blast. Then while on cruise I found that 6.25 mg per day was too much. When I dropped the test from 180 mg per week during the cruise down to 120 mg per week I dropped the ai completely. My estrogen finally came back up.

    Bodacious said it. Eat so much clean food as u can and bust your a** at the gym.intensity and High rep range has helped me build some mass also. Marcus can tell u all about how intense u NEED to be if u want to be a animal.

    It's been recommended that I try dbol or anadrol. What are your thoughts on these?

    Whats your stats?

    I'm 43 years old. I weigh 260 and I'm 6'4". I only have calipers for body fat testing. My wife has done that for me. It's approx 18%.

    My suggestion would be to get down to around 15% bf. Then run 1 or to more cycles of test only. After that maybe throw in some extras but I'm not the smartest person on this site(for sure) and I don't now nearly as much about all the different aas.

    I can tell u that at one point I was thinking about doing dBall and decided against it because it's REALLY hard on your body.

    Right now if I was you like mentioned above I would hold off on any cycle now. Get your BF down some. Then try a test only cycle and get all BW pre mid and post. To see how your body reacts to the test only.
