    Gyno related Nolvadex dosage

    Hi people,

I'm hoping to get some advice in regards to taking nolva during cycle to help prevent gyno.

I'm currently a few weeks into my sust cycle running 500mg a week and running Adex at 0.5mg every other day.

Basically the Adex is doing bugger all to reduce my nipple swelling, tenderness, and ichyness. I have been doing some reading and am keen to know if taking nolva is a good idea and at what dose.

my diet is very clean and I do keep my cardio up.

Thanks in advance for the advice

adex at .5 EOD most take .25 eod

    What's your full cycle?

Have you ever had gyno? The tenderness and ichyness if because your hormones are in flux right now trying to settle in. Should go away in a couple weeks.

If your gyno prone then you could take 10mg a day. If your not then I wouldn't take it. Trust me I have been down this road.

Do you have Roflex on hand? Novadex wil not reverse gyno.
