5-10 mg a day is plenty. And a lot of people use the protocol.

Timing doesn't really matter. Some use pre workout. Some split 5 n 5. Some take it at night cause it causes some to get back pumps.

Trial and error. See what works best for u

I take 5mg in the am and 5mg in the pm. Works good for me. Get nice pumps too.

2.5-10mg works great for ED and BPH,,,not sure about BP. Some guys do just as well with small dosages. Adjust according to your needs.

I think the only off label use it is approved for is BPH so they prescribe it at low doses for that.
