How long till you see sides/Gyno?
I made horrible choices of taking a lot of shit when I was 18-19. No AI, no PCT, no proper nutrition - it was probably as bad as it can get.
I got Gyno 6-8 years after my last cycle. Is it possible to get sides after yearsss?
My problem is already solved so I posted this for learning/knowledge purpose.

It most likely wasn't spontaneously acute in it's development, but a minimal case of glandular breast tissue development that was allowed to go unchecked for an extensive period of time. We all make mistakes and it could be that you unfortunately did not know what exactly to look for. Non-physiologic gynecomastia is more intricate to accurately detail without having at least some form of blood work. Not all cases of gynecomastia were the direct result of elevated estradiol levels, but more so a severe imbalance in the testosterone :estradiol ratio. Also, a few compounding factors concerning both androgens and oestrogens cause irregularities with your SHBG levels as well.
Due to the predisposition of ER population associated with the region around your breasts and mammary glands, it's fairly potent in inducing oestrogenic-mediated side effects that have the possibility to perpetuate it's physiological activities on a larger scale. When left unchecked of course.Last edited by Splifton; 10-22-2015 at 11:18 AM.

Short answer.......no! You may have made some poor choices but those Esther's have long since cleared and your T levels had tanked and have cone back to a certain level but without BW to compare then you really don't know if you ever fully recovered. It might not be a bad idea to get a full hormone panel of BW done to see exactly what is going.....that's really the only real way to know. Anything else is a guess. Take care

I went through a lot of bloodwork, xrays and all sorts of tests. Everything was under normal range so nothing was prescribed to me. Doctors couldn't figure out why it was happening but it kept growing and it was painful to the touch. Very strange!
My theory is it started growing again coz of all the hormones in the food. I was buying chicken and milk from Walmart in America.
I was raised in a developing country so there were no hormones or less hormones in anything I ate. I obviously don't know this for sure.

Describe what you mean by gyno.
What is your height and weight?

Height 5'8. At the time I think was around 150-160 lbs.
You bring up a very interesting point. I actually had no idea what gyno was. My first thought was I had cancer, doctors thought the same hence several kinds of tests were conducted.
Eventually I was referred to an endocrinologist who put me on tamoxifen for for year - didn't help.
After 2 years of back n forth, I got a surgery and all the reports said "mild gynecomestia"
