    Low heart rate on cycle

hi guys is normal that my heart rata go down on my first cycle? i started at 18%bf 82 beat for minute now i gained like 25lbs and 20%bodyfat my beat for minute are 60 and something. Can be for the high hematocrit? 3 week ago was 54 ,i donate blood and 1 week ago came at 47. I don't do any type of cardio. Blood work with cholesterol, triglicer and all thing was good. My blood pressure is 145/70 before cycle was like 110/60.

I need to worry? sometimes i feel my heart pounding like crazy but as soon as i check is 60 for minute, feel like sometimes my heart stop and within a second restart... this happen many time when i am at rest,in gym never happen. Is a side effect of test?

My cycle is 100mg of prop ed with 0.5adex e3d

Go get a physical. I doubt your heart stopped but go get checked up if it makes you feel more at ease. Maybe cut your sodium if your worried about your bp

That's is a huge drop in hematocrit % for a blood donation. From 54% down to 47%?

yes i was thinking the same because i read that should drop between 3-4 point. if matter it raised pretty fast over 6 week time from 49 to 54 so almost 1% eweek.

I replenish RBC at a ridiculously fast rate also. Keep a close eye on your hematocrit in the future as it will help reduce the workload on your heart.
Your 7% drop from a blood donation still puzzles me somewhat. Even a double RBC donation doesn't drop my hematocrit nearly that much.

I believe I would drop.the cycle for now and address the BP and heart rate issues. Once those are resolved, then you can consider your cycle. IMO, you have too much going on to be on cycle.

If this is anxiety related, then get that under control as well, before running your cycle.

your heart stopping sounds like a pvc which is nothing more than a skipped beat it can be caused by a number of things like panic attacks,to much caffine and much more docs don't really do anything for them unless they get severe in the patient, sounds like your doc thinks you are having panic attacks maybe there's something in your life
    causing excess stress
