    Most keep able gains?

    I've started an incredible new job, and I'm concerned about how obvious it might be for me to fluctuate 15 to 20 pounds in weight rapidly, gaining while on and losing on PCT. Some of my coworkers, most actually, are gym rats, all natural. They would definitely know, even if I denied.Very competitive environment, would be difficult to get promoted if my ethics were in question. Serious money possible.

    So which compounds and methods lead to the most permanent mass gains?

    Test only
    Igf
    Gh peps
    ?

    Avoiding deca and trek cause I get the roid rages, and caber re-opens my ulcers.

    Always important to keep gains, even more so to avoid negative attention in this case. Low dose long cycle, high dose long cycle?

    I honestly think there are too many variables and everyone reacts different to doseages, compounds etc to give a specific answer. How often do you cycle or plan to cycle? If your cycling once a year or once every 2 years then id go lower doseages.

    My cycles look like this

    Test 500mg 12 weeks (people noticed straight away)

    Test 500mg 14 weeks/ deca 400mg 12 weeks (same, was too obvious)

    Test 500mg 12 weeks (again noticed straight away)

    Test 250mg 14 weeks/ tren 200mg 12 weeks (gains have been nice and steady, no big jump, noticeable but deniable in terms of steroid use )

    Low dose test only. Eat really clean at or just above TDEE. Use and AI to keep water down. You won't add as much, but you wont add as much water and fat, and you will more likely keep more of your gains if you do a proper PCT. Please list ancillaries. Also, do you wear long sleeves at work? No worries. If you are going to eat like crap and avoid cardio, just don't cycle.

    I don't no if it will actually risk your job ,but if so are u sure it's worth cycling? Why not just go natty and be bigger then everyone at work still with a clean diet and hard work?

    This is good question...personally I like trt levels of test and you can play with short esters and dry orals and adjust dosage as u see fit...I haven't used deca yet Purley for this reason...I have a work gym and one lad with who claims natty wears very baggy tracksuits puts on serious size every few months and shrinks to nothing...it's funny because even to the uneducated eye it's OBVIOUS...I love tren great recomp compound only thing is your shoulders are freaky looking but no water which is half the battle..good luck

    Exactly what I'm pondering myself.

    Only thing is, I've got tons and tons of test, eq and deca . Already bought it. Does that change anything for risk at work? IDK.

    Nolva and Clomid (even though I hate the clomid cries) for PCT

    What I'm hearing is low dose longer cycles may be "less obvious" and lead to lasting gains. Less fluctuating body mass is what I'm going for.

    Oh yea, long sleeves? I suit up everyday. So it's a little more difficult to see small changes. Only problem is when the mass really starts to pile on, then it's new suit time- insanely expensive, would rather make a downpayment on new car in that case!

    What about peptides?

    Bro I've never lost 15-20 pounds muscle from coming off the juice. Keep your diet in check ON cycle and AFTER...... Keep Going to the Gym......
    In my personal experience dbol anadrol and Deca put on a lot of water weight so stay away as noted above AI will greatly reduce the water retention which will be most of what you lose when you come off.
    Test 500mg 8-12weeks.
    Test 500mg 12 weeks Deca 200mg 10 weeks for joint Just a thought.
