how bad is it that i havent worked out in 4 days

taking 500mg test enanthate a week and was out of town all weekend and am way to tired tonight. last week i hit every body part once (i usually hit it twice a week).. should i force myself to go to the gym suffering from sleep deprivation or is it not that big of a deal if i start tomorrow?

Just work double as hard in the gym the rest of your cycle

4 days is nothing. Just make it count when you next go in

Ive done this in previous cycles and never had an issue, as said above just smash the next session, the rest if anything would have probably done you good

Agree 100%. A lot of times I need an event like this to get several days of rest I really need. Always get back in the gym much stronger.

+1 every 3 or 4 months i sometimes deliberately take 3-4 days off and just laze about. You have to drag your ass back for the first session but like you say batteries are fully charged again

Nebis, THIS IS A REMINDER TO GO DESTROY YOURSELF AT THE GYM TODAY! Go get some gains and have some fun moving some weight brother! !!

Haha, I lifted hard for months on end and was so drained that I lost motivation and couldn't get my self pumped up and get a good lift in for 3 weeks.

Theven 3rd week i just took off and came back to the gym better then ever. ( with a pre workout )

Sometimes we all need a small break and i think it will do more good than bad, its just that first session back is the killer and you have to watch that a few day break doesnt turn into months

    Exactly

When work is moving, I go 5-6 without hitting the gym. Shit happens

Then I'll make up for in the next up coming weeks.
