Question about a blend - Win/Ana/Test

I have a friend that is offering me 10ml bottles of a (Win 50mg/Anavar 50mg)/ml blend.

1. Is this a good blend?
2. What would a cycle with Test as a base (Enth or Prop) look like?

Goal is athletic performance and strength.

1) never heard of this blend personaly, never heard of injectable Anavar either
2) every cycle must have test as a base
3) what are your stats? Age? Height? Weight? Bodyfat percentage? Traiming history? Cycle hostory?

First cycle should be a straight Test cycle.
