    reusing a vial?

I have test in amps and I have some sterile 10ml vials I bought off a medical supply site. I transferred 10 1ml amps into a 10ml vial using a 10ml syringe and a filtered needle. Well I am almost through with the test in that vial so my question is can I reload that vial or should I use a new one?

A new sterile one is best, but an old clean one is ok as long as you know its history.

The stopper gets worn out, but it can last quite a while if you draw with a 21g.

I've made it probably 50-60ml of a 100ml jug using an 18g...until I noticed leaking

I use to use 18g to draw... Until I started seeing stopper chunks in my gear.

    I hit the same spot.

Actually only one time saw a piece fall into vial. And that was on a 50ml jug
