Anyone ever see any of these side effects?

I notice my lower stomach (below belly button is swollen) and I can feel lymph nodes on each side of my lower stomach. I think they're lymph nodes anyways.

I went to the DR and got an xray... It was a walk in clinic and the guy was a complete dumbass. He said I was backed up but did not feel my stomach or even look at it.
