+1 stick to test only cycles until you dont gain of test only, then add compounds

The goal is always to accomplish the most possible with the smallest amount. Click the link obviously so you can get a general idea of what you need to do, but you want to just stat with test and see what that does for you in relation to your goals, then slowly add if you feel the need to every cycle after that

Same with you soflo, check the link above for some solid read, but for you first cycle just stick with the test and drop the winstrol.
