Painful pumps on dbol
I have never had this issue with dbol before. I have always gotten great pumps off of it but never to the point where it was painful. It only happens when im training chest or shoulders and it is bad enough to the point where I feel it hinders my workouts. I am taking 40mg a day- 20mg in the morning and 20mg in the evening. Anything I should be doing to help this? I have read taurine can help? I usually have an energy drink every day but I believe it only has about 1g of taurine in it.

To me, I sort of enjoy painful pumps. The biceps area can get the most uncomfortable for me near the lower tendon insertion. Many have reported painful lower back pumps and other areas on the forums before, usually when taking dbol or anadrol . I never really found it much of an issue and if I did I would just back the rep count down. I dont think there is much else that can be done--taurine is usually suggested for cramping associated with clenbuterol , which is a different issue.

Listen to you body, it's pretty smart. If the pumps are extreme, back it down some reps. Dbol retains a ton of water so you're gonna feel awesome pumps. Dbol's only short term anyways. Hang in there.

Thanks guys... On a side note- would you run it four weeks or five weeks? I have had crazy pumps for a while now and some weight gain but seem to just now be feeling some strength gains (this is my forth week).

I'm going to be using Dbol for my second cycle, so I'm quite interested in your post. Any other significant effects?

Those pumps are just part of being on DBOL . You could try bumping your dosage down if they are not tolerable.

I always loved dbol . Amount of time on depends on how your body feels. Listen to your liver and your lower back. Sounds weird but trust me.

The only side effects I usually get from dbol are great pumps, great strength, look/feel full, and I gain about 10lbs. I also seem to get more vascular. I really do love dbol. It has to be ran with test and a good anti e. or you will run into problems. Also use NAC and drink a ton of water.

Excellent. Did you gain the 10lbs from Dbol alone or from your entire cycle?

Dbol was always compared to Creatine on steroids . Like the creatine was actually on steroids. Same effect. Lot of water retention, great pumps, good strength. Drink lots of water. Effects dont last long once you stop taking it. Maybe 3 to 5 days. its used mostly as a jump starter til your test kicks in on week 5 or 6. After that, you usually stop the dbol

From my experience, I usually gain about 10lbs while im on the dbol , then when the test. takes over I would put on another 10lbs.

So far so good, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to.
