    i wanna bridge.. what do I do?

    Been running a test e and EQ cycle for 15 weeks now, have 5 weeks left.

    Its coming into summer in aus and ive been bulking hardout, put on some decent muscle but its time to shred soon i think.

    But the thing is i dont wanna come off and feel super flat through summer, realistically i wanna maintain or even keep gaining but for the most part getting leaner.

    The goal for this summer was 90kgs at 10% whatever it took. Currently around 91kgs at 13%

    Im in 2 minds about what i should do.

    What are you going to bridge into? 20 week cycle is a little ridiculous considering the diminished returns after a period of time.

    You're only 23 so give your body some time to recover and get it's self back to reality. 10% body fat can be easily achieved with correct dieting and complimentary workout/cardio routine.

    It does sound more of a psychological addiction and an excuse to stay on, your a fraction off your goal, nearly everyone on here are yet to achieve their goal but we dont just stay on.

    You will probably find after PCT you will be leaner anyway .

    Come off... Run a proper pct!

    Sorry buddy but you asking what or how should I bridge just answered your own question! You need to recover to the best of your abilities now... The longer the duration of being 'on' the harder it is to recover!
