I've been checking my temperature, blood pressure and heart rate several times a day, every day. Yesterday was the first day I noticed any increase in heart rate or blood pressure, my blood pressure has always been below the normal level about 105/70, today it was 118/85, my testing hr is usually about 65 bpm , today it was 85 - 90. I'm not sure if I have lost much bf yet, but it seems like I have lost about a half a percent, according to my body composition scale, which I know are not the most accurate method of measuring bf, but I think they are good for seeing trends.
So my question is, is clen an on/off drug, meaning for me 140 mg isn't noticed and effects are negligible vs 160 and the physical affects are noticeable and the fat burning is also noticeable?
