Unusually tender + mild fever 3 days after injection.

I've been on a short blast of UGL Test Cyp for about 5 weeks now without any problems. Three days after my last injection I started noticing that my glute was unusually sore and developed a mild fever. I didn't think much of it and slept off the fever but my glute is still sore and feels inflamed. The inflammation doesn't appear localized to the injection site but seems to have spread diagonally up and down my butt muscle. While the area is tender to the touch I can walk and sit with only minimal difficulty. There's no discoloration on the effected area and it isn't warmer than would be expected. I've been injecting out of the same vial for the past 5 weeks without any unusual effects.

    Should I be concerned?

As long as its getting better and your not running a fever I wouldn't worry. If the fever comes back and or it gets worse then have it looked at

Thanks. Fever is gone and tenderness seems to be improving.
