Due to your age being 22 i wouldnt say its a smart idea.

In terms of libido one shot isnt going to dictate what your going to be like after a full cycle

What is your opinion of gains after coming down ? And, I know im 22 but since i have already injected once.. doesnt this mean my endocrine systeem already took a hit ? might aswell make gains now

No thats not how you should think, even if you foolishly did a full cycle underage you dont think "oh il just do lots of cycles now im already screwed"
You might be totaly fine now you might not, you might be fine after a full cycle you might not. Theres too much guessing

Best advice is to stop all together and you SHOULD be fine.

If your insist on going through with it make sure your running HCG, AI and have your PCT already on hand.

What do you mean gains after coming down? I dont get what your asking here.
