    7 Week BW Results

    Current cycle is the beginner cycle

    500mg Test-E per week (2 doses of 250)
    .5 or .25 arimidex EOD (depending on sensitivity, sex drive, or night sweats)

    • Test - 2460 ng/dl Range: 300-1080
    • Free Test - 88.3 Range: 4.8-25.7
    • SHGB - 18
    • E2 - 49 pg/ml Range: <=63
    • Weight - Up 11lbs, now @ 200lbs and I have leaned out a little bit as well (more abs showing, leaner hips and lower back)

    To me these numbers look good! Test-E was a very slow ramp up and didnt really encounter much weight or strength gain until the 6th week. Now we are rolling and making some progress. It is tempting to add in winny as I am nearing the end of the cycle (5 to 6 weeks out).

    Q1 - I will have some TestE leftover, should I extend another two weeks just to finish it off?
    Q2 - Should I add anything at this point or save it for a more athletic focused 2nd cycle 3-4 months away from last pct
    Q3 - Just general thoughts and opinions, how am I doing?

    IMO you shouldn't change the length of cycle or dosages. Once you make a cycle plan you should stick to it and only make changes if you experience side effects.

    It's not a good practice to change AI dosage without BW. Pick one AI dosage and follow it until mid cycle BW then adjust if needed.

    Seems like you're doing well and your gear is legit. If your running a 12 week test e cycle then you should take at least 4 and a half months off before your next one.

    I would stay on course... Change nothing E2 is a little if I am thinking right but not major. Is that sensitive E2???

    Looks like your gear is legit at least. 11 pounds and less fat is decent. Numbers look good but i miss some numbers. You should find out how your body`s hematocrit and cholestrol reacts on 500 mg test. Also bloodpressure and pulse in the morning.

    Numbers look pretty close to mine at 5 weeks into 500mg test c so you gear seems g2g.
    X2 on the hematocrit check. That can get out of whack pretty quickly but easy to fix with a blood donation.
    11 lbs in 7 weeks is great! That's about what is to be expected.
    I would just stick with the plan and not making any changes. Why would you if you are still progressing?

    Thanks for the reply and for the reality check. I was more just asking about changes or improvements out of curiosity. I will finish this up in a few weeks and run PCT then take my allotted 14 weeks off. If all checks out and everything is still good, I will be back with a few more questions about a more athletic driven cycle, perhaps with more focus on performance over aesthetics.
