How would you pin this?

Let's say you want to run 500mg/wk test c and 500mg/wk deca. How would you pin that? Say 250 each Monday and Thursday, etc.?

I would say yes to splitting it 250 each x2 weekly but if you did text Monday and deca Thursday, that would be less penetration yo each vile and less chance of dulling your needle

Although you can inject these esters once a week, it is better to inject them twice a week.

In your case, like you said
250mg test, 250mg deca on a monday and the same again on thursday

Yep, that's good, I usually do tuesday-friday but it's whatever fits your schedule.
