Looking for advice on what to cycle for my second cycle,
I did my first cycle 6 months ago now, I had good results losing 5.5kg of fat and gaining 8.9kg of muscle (I'm 6'6" / 198cm) on a cycle of
Weeks 1-10: 250mg Test E + 250mg Deca twice weekly (500mg of each p/w)
Weeks 12-14: 300mg Test E twice weekly + daily 50mg Oral Stanozolol
With my PCT 14 days after my last pin of
Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Over the next 3 months I dropped about 4Kg of the muscle I gained, but didn't put any fat back on, Also had roughly 4 weeks of zero sexual drive even with the PCT.
I'm planning to start a second cycle in a month, based in Australia so sometimes some things aren't available, my primary goal is to bulk up without gaining a huge amount of fat, with some cutting towards the end. Any advice on what I should be going for to help with these goals?
Also planning a blood work test and DEXA before starting, and have a meal plan in place.
