Why test e and sus? They are both just testosterone, sustanon is just a mix of different esters of test.

Test e OR sustanon for 14 weeks at 500mg per week
Deca for 12 weeks at 400mg per week

2 and they were both years and years ago.... and 6'0 225 pounds

If they both been years ago why not just run a test cycle. With the right diet you will see nice gains

If you have run two cycles you should know you need an AI and HCG.

Prefer the test sus and deca. Recommend arimidex .25 and HCG 500 x week. Nolva and clomid PCT.
