    Second Cycle

Hi guys, a bit of help here would be greatly appreciated. Quick history: history of mediocre T levels. Endo eventually prescribed me with Testogel. Didn't feel like it helped much, but am now doing my second 500mg Test E cycle. Pinning twice a week, and adex 0.25mg EOD.

    I have a few questions:
    - When I finish the cycle, should i run a PCT or just starting taking the Testogel? If taking gel, how soon after?
    - I'm aware every one is different, but is 0.25 adex too little, should i up it?
    - I cant necessarily feel a hard lump, but there does seem to be some rubberish, squishy tissue around my breast area. Top of pecs are firm, but around nipple is slightly squishy and jiggly. I can try post a pic for reference if needed. I feel that im getting slightly paranoid. Libido is also down, this has been on going for months, waking with semi-hard morning erection. Can my stress be implicating?

Just looking for some helpful advice

    1. Take testogel anytime after pining - as long as you maintain your testogel schedule you will eventually default back into your pattern, typically when your next cycle pin would have been is a good time.
    2. 0.25 eod is ok- but keep an eye on how you feel- dont crash your E2

Thanks for the reply. I was taking .25 but upped to .5 coz i got paranoid. There is a little bit of a rubbery lump so im worried.

What would be the telltale signs of crashed E2?
